About Module


The expense limit is the maximum amount of expense offered to an employee. You can set an expense limit for every employee using this module. We provide 2 ways to define expense, 1) Define Expense Limit From Employee & 2) Define Employee Expense Limit From Product. If employee expense is more than the expense limit then it raises the warning. Cheers!

  • 3) Expense limit check from 2 ways,

    A) Expense Limit From Employee: First employee expense checked from the employee form suppose employee expense is more than the expense limit then raise the warning otherwise save the record.

    B) Employee Expense Limit From Product: First employee expense checked from the employee form if the expense is not defined after then check employee product expense, suppose employee product expense is more than the expense limit then raise a warning otherwise save the record.

Installations


1) You will receive the link to download the zip file of the module please download it.

2) Extract the zip file, you will see a folder named ‘sh_expense_limit’.

3) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Addons path / Custom Addons Path.

4) Now, open the odoo as Developer Mode.

5) Go to Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’, Press Update Button.

6) In the search bar, search ‘sh_expense_limit’.

7) Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
