"Idea Management" helps to increase organization growth with new opportunities. Idea management is the best way for innovation also. Ideas are useless when the ideas in the spreadsheets & notes. Idea management makes it possible for the organization. Using this module you can promote new ideas easily. Employees can create their own idea with idea categories. After that posted ideas go to responsible persons and they can approve, refuse or cancel. Responsible persons gets email for ideas and employee gets email for idea approved, refused or canceled. They can give ratings and comment about decison.
How It Works?
- Step1: Admin have to create idea category accordingly to the organization and allocate the responsible person & department. These groups only can approve, refuse & cancel ideas.
- Step2: User post a idea with subject, category and description. Responsible Person will get email notifications.
- Step3: Responsible persons can approve, refuse or cancel ideas with comment and ratings. Employee will get email notifications for approval or rejection.
- 1) Employees can share own ideas to organization.
- 2) Admin can create and manage idea categories.
- 3) Mail will be sent to the reponsible person once any employee post idea.
- 4) Responsible persons can approve, refuse or cancel ideas.
- 5) Mail will be sent to the employee once any responsible person take decision.
- 6) Responsible person can give ratings and comment about decison.
1) You will receive the link to download the zip file of the module please download it.
2) Extract the zip file, you will see a folder named ‘sh_emp_idea’.
3) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Addons path / Custom Addons Path.
4) Now, open the odoo as Developer Mode.
5) Go to Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’, Press Update Button.
6) In the search bar, search ‘sh_emp_idea’.
7) Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
