    Currently, in odoo, the customer can't see the event the ticket in the portal. Using this module the customer can see all ticket details from the portal. You can sort by tickets by newest and name. We have provided a filter option so easy to filter the tickets by last month, last week, last year, this month, this quarter, today, this week & this year. You can easily group by the tickets by none, event type & status. Using a search bar you can search the details of the tickets easily. This module helps users to chat, log note, message & share attachment inside the ticket chatter with each other. Users can schedule activity inside chatter & You can download the ticket also. All changes automatically saved in the backend. cheers!

    Installations


    1) You will receive the link to download the zip file of the module please download it.

    2) Extract the zip file, you will see a folder named ‘sh_event_portal’.

    3) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Addons path / Custom Addons Path.

    4) Now, open the odoo as Developer Mode.

    5) Go to Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’, Press Update Button.

    6) In the search bar, search ‘sh_event_portal’.

    7) Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

    Workflow


    In my account(portal) go to "Event Tickets".

    Easy to group by, filter & sort by tickets using smart buttons.

    You can sort by tickets by newest and name.

    You can filter tickets using any of the provided custom filter list.
