    This module useful to create a task from a helpdesk support ticket, you can easily manage odoo tasks with a ticket. This module easily moves information, attachment, etc of the ticket to the task, Task is very useful in the case where you have multiple users who going to manage different actions based on tickets raised by customers.

    for example. the customer has raised a ticket and there is 3 responsible person who needs to perform some action on basis of complaint than you can easily divide complain amount 3 responsible persons.

    This module depends on our base module "Helpdesk". The helpdesk has many features of support management.


    • 1) You can convert the ticket into the task.
    • 2) Easy to create tasks directly from the support ticket.
    • 3) Easy to assign tasks to support staff from the ticket.
    • 4) Manager can assign tasks to multiple people at the same time.
    • 5) You can attach multiple documents with tasks.
    • 6) This module saves your important time.

    1) You will receive the link to download the zip file of the module please download it.

    2) Extract the zip file, you will see a folder named ‘sh_helpdesk_task’.

    3) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Addons path / Custom Addons Path.

    4) Now, open the odoo as Developer Mode.

    5) Go to Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List’, Press Update Button.

    6) In the search bar, search ‘sh_helpdesk_task’.

    7) Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
