Enable the "Product Discount/Global Discount".
You can set product discounts with percentages.
You can set product discounts with amounts.
Tick "Enable Discount Warning" and enter custom warning message.

You can select global discount in order that applied in all products.
It will take product default discount, If you don't select global discount.
You can also choose global discount and default discount in products.
