We are seeking a person who is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote products, and services, or gather information. They play a crucial role in sales and customer service, as they are often the first point of contact between the company and its prospects.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software used for data entry, documentation, and communication.
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork, employee records, and other HR-related tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proofread/edit all communications for grammar and accuracy.
- Have a good personality and positive attitude.
- Strong ability to work as an independent player, demonstrating proactive initiative, resourcefulness, and effective decision-making.
