The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll assistance, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in Human Resources to build a strong foundation in HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of employee data.
- Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed. .
